COOKING AND RECIPIES

Its November 7, 2006 and the holidays are right around the corner! This is the time of year that I think a little more about cooking and baking. Nothing better than coming home to a house filled with the smells something cooking in the oven! I also love this time of year for making soups! I’m a big fan of homemade soups, and I love to get a huge pot of something brewing that will simmer all day until your mouth is just watering waiting to fill up a bowl.
My husband always says, “Wait, its hot - let it cool a minute”, but my favorite thing is to eat it fresh from the pot, blowing on the spoon, and gobbling it up exhaling the hot steam from my mouth between mouthfuls! Mmmmmmm!!! Hot soup, nothing better.
